1. What Information Do We Collect?

When you create an account, use our Services, or contact us, you may provide: your name, email address, contact preferences, and authentication data (via Google OAuth). We do not process sensitive personal information — no health data, no financial records beyond what is needed to process payments, no political or religious beliefs.

Payment data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store your card details. Paddle's privacy notice is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Social login data: Neuro Vectra uses Google OAuth exclusively for authentication. When you log in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information only to create and manage your account.

Information collected automatically: IP address and approximate location, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and features used, timestamps and session duration, error reports and performance diagnostics.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information for: account creation and authentication, service delivery, support, administrative communications, order and billing management via Paddle, feedback, marketing communications (only if opted in), security and fraud prevention, and usage analytics.

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

As a Romanian SRL subject to GDPR, we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis: Consent, Performance of a contract, Legitimate interests, Legal obligations, and Vital interests.

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the following service providers: Supabase (database and storage, EU West Ireland), Railway (backend application hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Anthropic (AI model provider), ElevenLabs (AI voice synthesis), Google OAuth 2.0 (authentication), Paddle (payments), Loops.so (email marketing and transactional email), and the productivity integrations you connect: Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, Slack, Asana, ClickUp.

5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Yes. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain platform security, save your preferences, and understand how our Services are used. We do not use cookies for advertising. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Do We Offer AI-Based Products?

Yes. The core of Neuro Vectra is an AI system we call AYDON — Always Your Dynamic Operations Network. AYDON processes your inputs and generates intelligent recommendations to reduce your cognitive load. We use Anthropic's AI models. We do not use your data to train AI models.

7. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

Neuro Vectra uses Google OAuth 2.0 as the sole authentication method — there are no passwords stored on our systems. We use the information received only to create and manage your Neuro Vectra account.

8. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our primary infrastructure runs on Supabase servers in the EU West region (Ireland) and Railway for backend application hosting. Some third-party providers — including Anthropic and ElevenLabs — operate servers in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable timeframe.

10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

Our measures include: data stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit, Google OAuth authentication (no passwords stored), row-level security on our database, HTTPS enforced across all Services, and rate limiting and sanitisation middleware on our API.

11. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

No. Neuro Vectra is designed for professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under 18 years of age.

12. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under GDPR including: right to access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object, and right not to be subject to automated decision-making.

13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Some browsers allow you to signal a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') preference. There is currently no uniform industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals.

Yes. We will update this notice when required by changes in law, our services, or our data practices. For material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice within the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
