Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy is issued by NEURO VECTRA SRL, a company incorporated under Romanian law ('we', 'us', or 'our'). It applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through the Neuro Vectra platform at https://neurovectra.app (the 'Services') and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Merchant of Record
All purchases made through the Services are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ('Paddle'), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and refunds for all Transactions. This Policy should be read together with, and is subject to, Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. Where there is any inconsistency between this Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle's Refund Policy will apply.
2. General Policy
Unless required by applicable law or granted under Paddle's Refund Policy, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including for any unused portion of a current billing period.
3. Your Statutory Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have a mandatory statutory right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a refund. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights. Indicatively, and subject to the exact terms of Paddle's Refund Policy: consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the first payment under a subscription; consumers in Turkey and Israel generally have 14 days; consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada generally have 7 days; and consumers in Singapore generally have 5 days. These rights typically apply to the first payment under a subscription rather than subsequent renewal payments, except where a free trial applies. Please refer to Paddle's Refund Policy for the current and complete country-specific terms, as these may be updated by Paddle from time to time.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active and you retain full access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made after that date.
5. Requesting a Refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests must be submitted to Paddle directly, not to us. You can request a refund using the link in your Transaction confirmation email, via your account's billing page, or through Paddle's buyer support site. We are happy to help you locate the right link if you contact us at legal.neurovectra@gmail.com.
6. Discretionary Refunds
Outside of any statutory right, Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within the timeframe set out in Paddle's Refund Policy. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund will be granted. Any discretionary refund decision is made by Paddle in accordance with its own policy, not by us.
7. Technical or Product Defects
If you experience a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents you from accessing the Services as described, you can request a refund directly from Paddle at any time, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. If you would also like our help diagnosing or resolving the underlying issue, you are welcome to contact us at legal.neurovectra@gmail.com — this is optional and is never a prerequisite for requesting a refund from Paddle.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute, access to the Services may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.
9. Founder's Rate and Promotional Pricing
Subscriptions purchased under a promotional or locked-in rate, including the Founder's Rate, are subject to this same Policy. Cancelling a promotional-rate subscription forfeits that rate; the subscription cannot later be reactivated at the original promotional price once cancelled.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
